1. Services
Stunner Graphics & Tech provides UI/UX design, application development, backend development, web development, and AI automation services as agreed in proposals or contracts.
2. Payments
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the proposal. Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated services.
3. Project Scope
Only services mentioned in the approved scope are included. Additional requests require written approval and separate billing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables. Stunner Graphics & Tech retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited according to each service as per the revision policy. Major changes like features updates are treated as new scope.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments for completed work remain non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stunner Graphics & Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, jurisdiction will be based on the agency’s registered location.
